Yes, there would be no page number placed after the year in the in-text citation because websites do not have page numbers.
However, the title in the in-text citation would be the article title and not the website title.
It would just be (“title of article,” published year).
Example from Genetics Home Reference website: (“Familial Focal Epilepsy with Variable Foci,” 2017).
