Q. Scanner says my flash drive is too full to save the scanned file, but my computer it says that there is still plenty of room.

If a computer shows that the flash drive still have memory space, then the scanner is wrong and just needs to be turned off and on. Then it it should work fine with the flash drive. Have a staff member help you reboot the scanner.
